When will I receive my order?

In order to offer low prices all year round, Claravena ships the goods directly from manufacturers or suppliers to your address. Therefore, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. The average delivery time in the United States is 4-6 business days.

The expected delivery time has passed - where is my package?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated time. Occasionally, delays may occur. If the package still has not arrived after 3 additional business days, please contact us at info@claravena.com .

What do I do if the package is damaged upon delivery?

In rare cases, the package may be damaged during shipping. This is of course not your responsibility. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@claravena.com.
Important: Take photos of the damage and attach them to the email.

Please do not return the package until you have contacted us and sent us pictures – only then can we ensure a good solution. Our customer service team is ready to help you.

Did you order the wrong product, the wrong size, or have you simply changed your mind?

Start by contacting our team at info@claravena.com. We will find the best solution for you. If we cannot find a suitable alternative, the customer must cover the return cost themselves.
