Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Contact us at info@claravena.com and provide your order number. If the package has not been shipped, we will cancel the order without any problems. If the package has already been shipped, the usual return policies apply.

Return and exchange process

You have the right to return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving it – without giving any reason.

Before returning an item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

• The products must not have been used or washed.
• Original labels must be intact.
• It is recommended to return the item in its original packaging.

In other words: feel free to try it on, but don't wear it for a week and return it afterwards.
