At Claravena, delivery within the US is completely free – regardless of order amount. We ship the goods directly to the address you provide, without additional fees.

Typical progress:
- After you place your order, we usually need 1-2 business days to prepare it - often even faster. There may be minor delays during weekends or public holidays.
- Once the package has been shipped, delivery time is usually 4-6 business days.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your delivery. You can also find instructions on our tracking page .

The product arrived damaged?
We're sorry! Sometimes damage can occur during shipping. In such cases, we will send you one free replacement. If the problem recurs, you will receive a full refund.
How to order at Claravena

Select the correct variant (for example, size or color), then click "Proceed to checkout". Fill in your address and double-check that everything is correct. Click "Next - delivery".
You will now see an overview of your order – here you will also see that shipping is free. Click on "Next – payment".

Didn't receive the package?
If your package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will send a new one – completely free of charge. If you still haven't received your package within 60 days, you will receive a full refund.
